the hotel offered complimentary skincare products each morning it was a pleasant surprise. the breakfast options included western and japanese choices all prepared well. i found the self-service laundry facilities quite convenient .
the bathroom sink was a bit small , made washing slightly difficult.

the location is excellent , close to tawaramachi station on the ginza line. daily room cleaning was available upon request using a door sticker. free coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby , a nice perk.
the bathroom sink was small.

a la carte breakfast was available with four options for each paying guest at the ground floor restaurant. i found this convenient and the menu offered enough variety for my needs. it opened until 8.30 pm.
